Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Not surprised about and confirming the five star reviews! Great little place near the beach, walkable to the pier and many restaurants. Excellent customer service and communication. We slept well in the comfortable bed and especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area.

I've been here a couple of times, once for a work conference, and once for a quick overnight with my husband and son. Cute little place that feels like home, a block from the beach, as well as the restaurants. The check in process is fast and friendly through text. We will be back!

This room is beautiful! It's also at a great price for how beautiful it is!! Definitely a stay again! Only issues I have (which aren't major btw) are that the mirror is a little high for little old me (I'm 5'4"/5'5") but there is a full-length mirror in the closet so manageable, there is nowhere to put makeup and hair things in the bathroom(just a small sink), and no blackout curtains (but again not major stuff which is why i gave a 5 🌟). I love the little kitchenette and that it's 1 story! (Meaning no upstairs neighbors and don't have to figure out how to get my luggage upstairs! But there is a lip at the entrance) Very quiet neighborhood beautiful scenery, very close (within walking distance) to the beach, and otherwise very well designed! I don't even hear my neighbors. There is also a backdoor (no backyard just an alleyway to vehicles) there is a front yard with chairs and a shared bbq pit, and kitchen is stocked with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, utensils (including steak knives), coffee mugs, wine glasses, regular glasses, plates, bowls, pots and pans (including baking/casserole pan), dish soap, sponge, dish strainer, paper towels, a hand towel, toaster and a small coffee p
